It was a pleasure to partner with Nitin Bahl ,CEO of Radiant Polymers for a 3 day together we win workshop for his leaders. The kickstart with a fireside chat with the founders of the company Mr. Nalin Bahl & Mr. Kumud Jayee set the right pace.
The next two days were about spent in leadership team getting to know each other, understanding the current business context, taking the learning from the year gone by to build a stronger Radiant in FY 23.
End of the session the participants left with a clear understanding of their goals and how they aligned to the larger organizational goals and the significance of ONE RADIANT.
